Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, our practices, and the options you have regarding our use of that information. Your privacy is extremely important to us, and we are committed to protecting your information via our standards, audits, policies, compliance, and governance.

Definitions

As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms "using" and "processing" information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis, and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing, and transferring information within our organization.

"You" or "your" refers to the individual who uses the Fabler app, website, features, and services, or accesses available information, or engages with us directly via any medium.

This Privacy Policy relates to information collected by Fabler, owned and operated by Delta V Collective LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Fabler," "we," "us," or "our"), through your use of the Fabler platform, its features, services we provide, and information available through the Fabler website and app.

Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy (COPPA & Legal Compliance)

Fabler is designed to provide stories and creative experiences for children. However, only parents or legal guardians who are 18 years of age or older may create and manage a Fabler account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who may use Fabler under your supervision.

Children may interact with Fabler's content through a parent or guardian's account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any personal information associated with a child (such as name, age, or preferences) must be provided and managed by a parent or guardian through their account.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact us at support@fabler.app.
