Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 years of age or older to create and manage a Fabler account.
Fabler is designed to deliver stories and creative experiences for children, but accounts may only be created and managed by parents or legal guardians.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses Fabler under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Parental Responsibility
Children may interact with Fabler's content only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child's use of Fabler, including monitoring interactions and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information directly. Any personal information about a child must be provided by the parent/guardian.
Privacy Policy
Your use of Fabler is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Fabler, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
License to Use Fabler
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fabler for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Prohibited Activities
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Fabler;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Use Fabler in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive way;
- Circumvent security or content restrictions.
Content
User Content
Parents/guardians may input prompts, preferences, or other material ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Fabler a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for providing and improving our services.
Fabler Content
Stories, characters, artwork, and other materials generated or provided by Fabler ("Fabler Content") are owned by Delta V Collective LLC or its licensors. You may access and use Fabler Content only through the app, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Payments & Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or a subscription.
By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to process charges in accordance with our pricing and billing terms.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fabler to:
Prohibited Uses
- Collect personal information from children without proper parental consent;
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material;
- Harass, exploit, or harm others;
- Violate intellectual property rights;
- Interfere with Fabler's operations or security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if necessary to comply with law. You may stop using Fabler and cancel your account at any time.
Disclaimers
Fabler provides creative and educational content but makes no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Liability Limitations
- Delta V Collective LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim related to Fabler shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months or (b) $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta V Collective LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of Fabler,
- Your User Content,
- Your violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Fabler after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides you with mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.
